Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required additional Spanish language fluency is preferred.Demonstrated ability adapting to change and pivoting quickly to support the needs and initiatives of the business.Experience in using an LMS (i.e., UKG).Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and proven ability to apply those principles to your facilitation and design work.1 or more years of professional experience in retail or related industry is preferred.1 or more years of writing and designing learning and development curriculums is preferred.3 or more years experience as a learning facilitator in a corporate environment is preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Perform a variety of duties to develop and deliver impactful learning that accelerates profitable growth.Collaborate with business partners and OE&L to contribute to OSJL’s learning site, YOUniversity and our new Learning Management Software (LMS), by updating it regularly with content for OSJL’s associates and leaders.Collaborate with Human Resources, business partners, and OSJL leadership teams to assess and recommend associate learning and development opportunities.Oversee the training and development of associates and leaders in key positions within assigned business divisions.Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancements and improvements within curriculums.Track training sessions and learning metrics to ensure compliance determine focus areas for additional development and communicate to respective business partners.
